We get it. So we work a little differently. Ministry Realty functions more like a consultant instead of a traditional real estate group. The reason for this is because growth is a bigger conversation than we think. So, when an organization comes to us evaluating the possibility of acquiring new property, selling a building, or moving into something new, we get excited. It’s pretty simple. We begin by meeting with you. We’ll talk about what needs you have and what you're looking for, but we also want to hear your vision and where God is taking you. Those things matter a lot to us. This initial meeting will help us determine what would fit well for your ministry.

Step 3 - We Research

We step into research mode. Since we have a solid understanding and a plan, we can look for things that fit the parameters and nuances.

Step 4 - The fun part

We get to review all the possibilities and dream together about how these places will become an important part of your ministry. We’ll visit locations and have a lot of conversations during this process.

Step 5 - The last part is the decision

This is the point where you get to decide how to move forward, whether it's a purchase, sale, or lease acquisition. This is the part we've all been working together toward. The great part is we’ll be right there with you the whole time. And we’ll be there to celebrate with you as things move forward.
