We think we've got something special here
There are some companies whose business niche is helping ministries, but their primary focus tends to be about business. Ministry Reality is different. We’re ministry people who want to do ministry, and we use real estate as a way to help.
Collectively, our team has decades of equal experience in ministry roles and real estate. This gives us a unique perspective to serve ministries and churches well.
Our Leadership Team

CEO, Lead Strategist
Jeff Wolfe
With over 20 years of ministry experience and a real estate career since 2018, Jeff put his two loves together to serve the local church through Ministry Realty. As the executive pastor of Palmcroft Church, Jeff has seen how real estate is an important component of growth and expansion. His passion for administration, finance, discipleship, and seeing people come to a saving faith in Christ makes the merging of his two professional careers perfect. His heartbeat behind Ministry Realty is not profit, but spreading the gospel.
Jeff holds a Christian Ministries degree from Arizona Christian University. His four children are active in sports, gymnastics, and dance, keeping him pretty busy.

COO, Team Lead
Melissa Parks
Melissa is a former physicians assistant who worked at a pediatrics office for 14 years. Her family background in commercial real estate and land development helped her see the need for better realty in ministry. She transitioned out of medicine into Ministry Realty with a desire to see ministries grow. Her desire and unique skillset is driven only by her passion for the gospel. Her fulfillment comes from pushing the message of Jesus forward.
Melissa holds degrees in biology and medical science from Northern Arizona University and Midwestern University. She has three children and serves in Palmcroft Church’s college ministry with her husband.
